Can I use Fraktjakt if I ship with PostNord?
Fraktjakt is an official partner platform for PostNord Sverige AB. With Fraktjakt, you can also use your own shipping agreements with PostNord. See the list of our Shipping services for a complete overview of the services we support.
Does it cost anything to use Fraktjakt?
Avoid expensive monthly subscriptions. Fraktjakt's Transport Management System (TMS) are totally free and even includes a powerful multi user system free of charge!
You can easily scale up and buy our premium service Fraktjakt Plus for even better shipping rates or subscription to use your own Individual shipping contracts when needed.
Do I need an online store to use Fraktjakt?
No. You can create shipments both manually and automatically using our pre-built shipping integrations and smart automation tools. If you need a custom solution, we also offer an open API and webhooks.
Can I connect Fraktjakt to my online store or business system?
Fraktjakt offers pre-built shipping integrations and open APIs. The best solution depends on your platform and which processes you wish to automate.
Can I get help filling out the customs declaration?
Fraktjakt's system automatically informs about the most common tasks required for the import and export of goods. We also create the most common customs documents for your shipments automatically together with other shipping documents.
Our customer service is happy to help you if something is still unclear, so also the shipping companies you bought the shipping through, but you get the most current and specific information for your particular shipping via your own national Customs agency.
There you can also look up the product codes for your goods and see exact terms and tax rates that apply to them to your receiving country.
