MyPack Retur är en pakettjänst där mottagaren har möjlighet att returnera ett utlämnat paket till avsändaren. MyPack Retur kan skickas från Norge, Danmark och Finland till Sverige via Postens ombud i dessa länder. Avsändaren ansvarar att förse mottagaren med en komplett frakthandling.

Maxvikt 20 kg. Elektronisk överföring är standardkrav. Inlämning av MyPack Retur sker på ett serviceställe för MyPack.
Paketet får inte innehålla farligt gods.
